Return to Our Team

I was born in India and came to the U.S.A. in 1972 driven by a desire to make a future in the land of opportunities where hard work removes all limits. I met my future wife at William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri and married in 1977. We have three beautiful and accomplished daughters. I received my Bachelors degree from William Jewell College and DDS from University of Missouri Kansas City, School of Dentistry in 1983.

I wanted to become the best dentist that I can be.  So I took continuing education courses as much as 10 times the amount required by Missouri.  It led to my receiving  Master Aesthetic Dentist Certification and Neuromuscular Full Mouth Reconstruction Certification from the world-renowned LVI (Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies). LVI provides premier training for dentists from around the world due to its comprehensive postgraduate curriculum.

Due to my passion for teaching advanced dental procedures, I was appointed as a Senior Clinical Instructor and Regional Director of LVI. I am priviledged to have instructed and mentored dentists from all regions of U.S.A., Canada, England and Australia.

My expertise in Neuromuscular dentistry earned me the Fellowship status with the International College of Cranio Mandibular Orthopedics in 2002 and Mastership status in 2007. There are 55 MICCMOs in North America.

I am humbled to achieve the highest level of accreditation in the area of Cosmetic and Neuromuscular Dentistry, LVI Mastership (LVIM) in 2008. There are 10 LVIMs in North America.

This earned me the distinction of being the only dentist that has earned both MICCMO and LVIM.

I count myself as particularly blessed, in being able to make a difference in people's lives and make a living doing it.

Video Description

How the jaw fits is often different from where the teeth fit together. There is muscle strain as the jaw muscles have to struggle to accommodate the bad bite. This results in neck ache, head ache, ear pain and other symptoms. It can also result in jaw popping, clicking, joint pain, jaw joint strain that is called TMJ syndrome.
